Presentation Day

The day has finally arrived!! It was time for us to do our presentation. But I have to say, I was quite relieved that we didn't have to present it infront of the JMD client . Basically our presentation started at approximately 10am.  We were the 3rd group to do our presentation. It was definitely quite nerve wrecking to be honest but we managed to present our ideas well and received good feedbacks from our lecturer, Mr Razif.

Lastly, I would like to thank Mr Razif for all your guidance and help throughout this 14 weeks of Mobile Application 2 module. Not only that, I would also like to thank my groupmates , Mun Yee & Mannju for being very cooperative as a group to complete our E-Magazine together. Kudos to us!

Progression - Road to final submission

Our late nights in campus trying to finish up the magazine


We managed to finish our magazine one week before submission date. But due to a last minute plan,
the client couldn't make it on the presentation day . Therefore, our presentation was brought forward to the following week which gave us more time to do some touch up on our magazine design / animation.  All in all, I can say that we're already done by now :)

Proposal day

Today we had our proposal during class time. We were the third group to do our presentation infront of class. Overall it turned out well.. there were definitely some corrections we had to make such as

(a) Choice of font
(b) Play button not visible
(c) Transition /Animation not smooth
(d) Don't keep using the same shape ( hexagon )
(e) Content page : must not just put 3 sections..include more

On a bright side, we're finally done with the magazine proposal!! YAYYYY :) . Now all we have to do is just work on the remaining pages as well as fixing up our corrections.

Back to Taylor's on a weekend

Due to our hectic schedule during this Semester, we decided to meet up on a weekend to finish up our proposal together. It was indeed a very productive day as we managed to complete everything during the weekends. 

Besides working out on the layout, we were told to test out some of the transition / animation for  our E-magazine. As for today, we have completed the front cover animation as well as some simple transition for the following pages.

After going through the sketches together, we have decided to finalize our layout design into Illustrator in preparation for our upcoming proposal for the Magazine idea.
